Inventory Rules
- ONLY Tier One items are eligible for Toujours brides to use their inventory credit toward.
- Partial Planning brides have have a $200 credit.
- Full Service brides have have a $500 credit.
2. Any Tier One items a Toujours bride wants to use at her wedding that exceed her credit amount, will be quoted to the bride at the listed prices for the additional items. The bride will be sent a rental invoice from Toujours to cover the use of the additional items.
3. ALL Tier Two items items must be paid for, if the bride wants to rent them, no matter what type of planning package or credit the bride has with Toujours. Tier Two items do not count toward the bride’s credit amount.
- Partial Planning brides must have the newly purchased item(s) delivered to their personal address and are in charge of ensuring that the item(s) are delivered safely to the wedding venue and/or wedding planner either the morning of the wedding, or the evening before the wedding, at the rehearsal. Toujours will set up the item(s) properly on the wedding day, once they are delivered.
- Full Service brides may have the newly purchased item delivered to Toujours’ company address, which can be provided upon request. Toujours will safely store the item(s), deliver them to the wedding venue on the day of the wedding, and set them up.
4. Should a bride desire a greater quantity of an item than what is currently in stock with Toujours, OR an item that is not currently in Toujours’ inventory, Toujours will source and locate the desired item for the bride, but the bride must pay in full for the item.
